Delivery

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used chemical products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.

To start a return, email us at autoxclean@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you.

Before wiping, apply the tar and adhesive remover to the contaminated area. Allow the product to work according to its instructions, then use the microfiber towel to remove softened residue such as tar, adhesive, tape residue, tree sap, paint and other similar contaminants.

The towels are also suitable for removing excess product and for final wiping of the treated surface.
