Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at AutoXClean. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we will let you know by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping within Greece

Shipping within Greece is free for all orders.

BOX NOW lockers — choose the BOX NOW locker closest to you at checkout. You will receive an SMS and email with a PIN code as soon as your parcel arrives at the locker. Parcels can be collected 24/7.
Courier to your address — delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days for mainland Greece and 2–5 business days for the islands and remote areas, counted from the day of dispatch.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries in Europe and worldwide. International shipping costs €17 per order and is displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–14 business days. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Damaged or lost parcels

All parcels are carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at autoxclean@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and the products, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
